This engaging and insightful course introduces you to the G.R.A.C.E. Style of Leadership used by our TRR Facilitators. Participants will be able to apply learning principles and training techniques to clearly identify, define, and implement facilitator responsibilities and the developmental sequence of a small group. Our TRR leaders invite participation, conversation and experiential learning for those who are interested in becoming a certified TRR Facilitator.
